Writer's Journal #4

My topic I established in my writer’s journal #2 as “how can we implement the recycling system within our accounting firm?” This topic is exigent because it does answer a particular purpose. Recycling is very important to the environment and to the economy and therefore we need to implement it in all our society ways including work. I would probably show that my topic is exigent by discussing what my point is of writing about this. My main reason for writing this is to show how we can implant such a vital part of our world into practice. It is critical to explore my topic right now and dangerous not to do so because it will impact the way the environment acts upon us. If we do not recycle and we just keep filling landfills it not only hurts the nature around the dumps but also it hurts us because we are breathing in that toxic air and also it ends up being in the dirt where our plants and food are born from.

It is extremely important to discuss this now because it is relevant to the time we live in. The company that I work at will probably not last forever but the impact it makes on our environment well. Especially now with the times where companies are being praised for their sustainability is extremely important to get on board before it is too late and before people start really noticing what an impact my company is making in the world bad and good. Now is the perfect and opportune time to start this process because of the road to sustainability. By working on this project it would also cause a very positive impact on our world and also our company. By recycling we show clients we are a responsible and resourceful company.

Using exigency and kairotic knowledge, my new CRQ question is going to be “ due to the new sustainability movement, how can we implement that recycling system within our accounting firm right now?“. This question addresses all the aspects of exigency, kairotic knowledge, and a good CRQ question. I would say it affected my question by changing it up to be more specific and also to address a little bit of a background within the question. If someone introduces the topic we will be discussing and also a little bit of a textual frame. I think this is important because just recycling is not going to speak to anyone and it’s not going to get them in but talking about more of a sustainable environment is something that is happening throughout company is all over the world and therefore we are going to attract more readers and more attention to our company in a good and positive way.
