My name is Nina Olsen and I am an upcoming sophomore at Arizona State University.  I am studying Information Technology, BS and Physics, BA. 

 

Currently I am a student in ENG 101 course and this is my website that helps me build my writing skills and writing identity.

I love to blog and use Wix to write my “Rilie’s Momma” blog.  It is a health and lifestyle blog that I have created.   In high school, I used to be part of a literary magazine club at my school.  I mostly wrote poetry but did a couple short story submissions.  I was awarded “Most Pieces Written” and “Best Titled Piece” in the club.

My future goals as a writer is to be able to consistently write on my blog and to improve my writing in my professional career.  Writing is a way of communication and communication is everything in the career world.  In an interview, my writing skills may end up getting me that amazing job!  So I hope that with this class, I will become a talented writer.
